We are a Delta Dental of Arizona Provider and we accept most dental plans offered by employers in the area, as well as numerous other dental plans offered by major insurers. Please be prepared to make any co-payment after your appointment.

We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Financing is available on select cosmetic and dental services. If you have questions about your dental insurance or payment options, please call our office.
